For an "Offene Badekur" (‘open bath treatment’) or ambulant preventive treatment, you will require prior consent from your health insurance company and a letter of referral for your health treatment doctor from your doctor. Our on-site health treatment doctor will prescribe you several suggested treatments, for example classic massage treatments, physiotherapy sessions, and spa location-specific applications like salt water baths and salt water and mountain pine inhalation sessions. These will be used to create your individual treatment plan, with all treatments being carried out at the hotel. Your appointment with the health treatment doctor will be arranged by the hotel. You can, of course, also submit prescription requests from your GP (using the form “Heilmittelverordnung 13” and excluding spa location-specific applications) here at the hotel. These prescriptions must be less than 11 days old in order to be submitted and collected from our hotel (we therefore recommend a daily frequency of treatment). Depending on your health insurance company, you can reclaim the cost of private prescriptions from your health insurance policy.
