Conference Packages
Each conference package contains:
- A conference room to suit the number of participants
- An overhead projector, flipchart (with 10 sheets), noticeboard and basic selection of pens
- A notepad and ballpoint pen for each participant
- Conference services provided by a fixed conference contact throughout the event
Additional services can also be added to the conference packages!

All prices are in Euros (€) and include the applicable German value-added tax (‘Mehrwertsteuer’). The conference flat rates apply per person per day for groups of more than 15 people. The prices for a single room including a breakfast buffet apply per person per night and are only valid in connection with a conference package. An extra charge will be added for smaller groups. Only a limited number of rooms are available. The offers are valid from 1st January to 31st December 2012 until cancelled. Changes may be made to the services and contents when agreed in advance.
