Quite simple: always. The reception is staffed around the clock. There you will always find a contact person for your wishes and concerns or a check-in.
05. Is there a hotel parking lot?
At the AMBER ECONTEL Hotel Berlin-Charlottenburg you can park your car safely and conveniently in the locked and video-monitored underground car park. Please reserve your parking space when booking your room. We charge € 11,50 per day for a parking space. For electric cars, there are two charging stations where you can charge your e-car free of charge.
06. When is check-in, when is check-out?
Check-in: You can arrive at our hotel around the clock. You can move into your room from 15:00.
Check-out: At departure, you must have left your room by 11:00 am.
07. Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Of course, you can bring your pet with you. Please inform us in advance. Then we will prepare everything for your four-legged friend.
