Off we go – with feet on the pedals – to breathtaking views, challenging ascents and rapid descents. We offer a fascinating cycling area in the Berchtesgadener Land: whether in the hilly Nonntal leading to Bayerisch Gmain or in the flat valley from Bad Reichenhall to Salzburg, you can bike through our landscape with its beautiful Alpine pastures, sheer rock faces and crystal clear lakes.

Numerous routes with variants of varying levels of difficulty characterise our biking region: there are suitable routes for every type of bike, sporty mountain tours and leisurely outings for beginners and families.

Bad Reichenhall is located on several picturesque cycling routes: the Mozart cycling route, the Saalachtal cycling route, the Lake Constance-Königsee cycling route and the Saltworks cycling route.

The mountains are too steep for you? Not a problem. The Bavarian State spa town is anything but flat – however, as Europe’s first “movelo region” we have the perfect solution for you: in order to facilitate a truly special and exciting form of cycling, there are rental stations nearby. When you step down on the pedals a sensor measures the downward force of your feet and provides the necessary assistance via the electric motor. You will be surprised how you will be able to overcome longer trips with extended inclines, without working up too much of a sweat.

And those who would like to pedal for themselves can of course hire a normal “pushbike” from us.
